- Responsible for assigning and managing the project starting from the initial design conception through construction to completion and handing over to client - Work constructively with main contractor, MEP consultant, ID sub contractor and coordinate work into GA drawings/RCP layout - Preparing sketch details and ability to use PC to check /review drawings and general supervision of production of cad drawings - site coordination meeting - Preparing specification for FF&E,presentation board and finishes as required - Quality control on all aspects of design - Monitoring quality of works in terms of material used, carpentry workmanship - Site visit and inspection ? ensuring all the specification meet the requirements - Day to day runing and development of assigned project - Conceptualize design, space planning, prepare detail & construction drawings
