?Completion of annual budget and monthly rolling financial forecast.
?Prepare monthly and annual management pack and reports for group reporting in South Africa in accordance with IFRS.
?Implement Group Financial Strategy, Policies and Procedures.
? Develop and implement strategies and policies pertaining to review, adjustment, and implementation of short and long term financial plans.
? Improve the cash management toward the free cash flow generating target set by the Group.
? Establish and maintain effective relationships with banking institutions, company?s auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
? Developments and administration of the company?s budget; oversee and control the fund needs and the expenditures for staffing, Capex,, materials and supplies according to the budget;
? Ensures that Aspen Nigeria complies with all regulatory filing requirements and Group policies
? Maintains current awareness of potential, pending, and current legislation that may impact operation of Aspen Nigeria;
?Works on optimizing Income Tax, and other charges
