Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
2) Implements and monitors performance evaluation program.
3) Develops, recommends, and implements HR policies and procedures.
4) Conducts recruitment, new-employee orientations; Monitors career path program, employee relations counselling, and exit interviewing.
5) Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
6) Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
7) Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
8) Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
9) Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
10) Payroll Administration.
