? Manages day-to- day Doctors & Nursing library operations and facility.
? Ensuring that all the books and material are computerized with appropriate accession
numbers
? Registering new Nursing Students and issuing ID cards.
? Managing the library and supervising support staff
? Procuring and purchasing new books and videos for DNB and Nursing Students.
Resource management:
? Monitors use and renews journal subscriptions and online resources annually.
? Maintains and up-to- date catalogue of the Library.
? Guiding nursing students and faculty in locating web based and publication resources.
? Selection of books, journals and health magazines for Nurses and Doctor
? Assisting the readers to use the internet for searching the references through PUBMED ,
THE COCHRANE LIBRARY and other websites
Performs any other duties as assigned or required by management
