Operation wise.Handle roster for Flight Crew & Technical Crew / Cabin CrewManage their Roster to make sure all rostered Flight Depart with full complement and also monitor all flights depart safely with DCA requirement.Make arrangement for crew Hotel & Transportation. Reschedule crew roster if there is any cancellations of flight, diversion, rerouting ( base on ad hoc changes) .Dealing with other station involved if any & dealing with Hotel .
