? Develop preventive maintenance schedules for plant, machinery and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels
? Follow up of Lubrication Plan
? Monitor the results of the planned maintenance program and introduce any required changes where effectiveness needs to be improved
? Maintain knowledge of new developments in maintenance practices and procedures to ensure that there is continuous improvement in maintenance standards...
? Assign work task to workshop supervisors, mechanics and technicians
? Perform Risk Assessment & Participate in the System analysis
? Identify opportunities for quality improvements.
? Ensure an effective management & organization of the workshop.
? Communicate and promoting products and services of the workshop.
? Prepares requisitions for mechanical equipment procurement
? Co-ordinates with Purchase Department, Suppliers and Vendors
? Interfaces with Procurement Dept., Project & Construction department for engineering related issues to mechanical discipline.
? Draw up and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and client Specifications.
? Checks that the design is developed in line with the Project specification Requirements.
? Plans, schedules, conduct, and coordinate assigned engineering work
? Coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects
? Working closely with the Asset Teams to produce a job design
? Participates in Technical Audits
? Participated in Erection of Benninger Mercerize and Monfort Finishing range machines
