Duties Scope of work variation and cost. Sourcing Approved suppliers and Equipment. Tracking procurement orders and Quotes. . Tracking project progress and budget cost ? Co-ordinating various groups engaged in the project ? equipment and steel suppliers, engineering services ? Interpreting engineering fabrication drawings and compiling Bill of materials. ? Contract and specification adherence. ? Liaising with the client on changes in design and capture of variation order costs. ? Submitting monthly progress reports to the client. ? Liaising with project accountant in regards to invoicing and milestone payments ? Weekly minuted project meeting with client on matters regarding the project. ? Co-ordinating project team planners, estimator?s fabrication manager on fabrication strategy and scheduling of project plan and risk assessment.

Organize and Co-ordinate our work team and relivant sub-contractors for scheduled dry dockings to action punch items which can not be carried out during operation of vessel.
