Effectively managed 200 million Rand upgrade of a large hospital that holds 250 people, with responsibility for coordinating around 3000 employees. ? Drove the upgrade of a steel crossover bridge between two mine shafts in Virginia, South Africa including stripping off the tar mate, removing the undercover, repairing the damaged steelwork, replacing the undercover with interlocking concrete blocks and re-surfacing with tar. ? Led the installation of 32km of rail transportation between a mine and process plant, consisting of 46kg rail, pan-rail concrete sleepers, rail switches and ballast.
