Implemented and managed all new supply chain operations in Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador in Central America. In the Caribbean new operations were started in Trinidad Tobago, Barbados, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica. Responsibilities included new project business requirements (sales, capabilities & constraints, business model, resource requirements, contract management), creating standard operating procedures (SOP), commercial and client management, Supply chain model, Logistics and Operational requirements, Budget, Reporting, and overall operations consulting. 25 employees directly reported to me which assisted in the regional operations to ensure key operational and strategic goals were been met.

I managed the delivery pipeline and supply chain models from the U.S. sourcing points to all of the Dell dealer distribution channels across Latin America except for Mexico and Brazil. Oversaw transportation carrier relations with DHL and UPS to ensure all transport target times and key supply chain goals were been performed and achieved. Other responsibilities included overseeing two on-site logistics teams who provided visibility of all orders in the sales pipeline. The teams consisted of 8 people and they reported directly to me.

Oversaw all of the paper operations and logistics processes from raw materials - manufacturing - finished goods - inventory - transportation delivery. Used SAP, ISO, and other analytical tools and processes to define, measure, and analyze all operational requirements to ensure planning and strategic objectives were achieved along with key customer service level agreements. Managed the local and international distribution channels using intermodal transportation services. Moved over 25 TEU?s monthly for international deliveries and between 500 to 650 local deliveries. My team consisted of a manufacturing and delivery planners and one asst. manager to effectively run the operation ( 3 persons total).

Supervised two door assembly lines for a Pontiac manufacturing operation consisting of 10 persons in each assembly line. Each assembly line used 18 sub-components which delivered 3 different finished door products. Different forecasting systems such as a/s 400, SAP, WMS were used for the forecasting and planning to facilitate operational requirements and meet daily customer goals. Supervisory duties included all raw material, manufacturing, quality control, finished goods, inventory, dock delivery, and daily KPI reporting. On average more than 1,500 doors were assembled per shift with daily deliveries to the GM manufacturing plant. Worked effectively with GM quality control liaisons to ensure all operational aspects of the assembly line was adequate for General Motors standards.
