Performing 3G Drive Tests (SSV, Cluster PAC & FAC Drive, Initial Testing).
Perform 3G Drive testing using TEMS 13 & 14, 15.
Performing Voice, HSDPA & HSUPA, R99 upload & download test during coverage test.
Monitoring RSCP, Ec/No , Rx Level, Rx Quality of 2G and 3G sites during DT.

Identification of faults and issues during the drive test e.g. Sector swaps
Responsible for customer complaints department and resolve the issues like weak coverage and dropped calls.
