It's not all glamour and shopping as a merchandiser and no two days are ever the same. Your typical daily tasks are likely to include:
Visiting suppliers and manufacturers
Analyzing sales information
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Ordering goods
Talking to other departments
Helping with promotions and advertising campaigns
Producing sales projections
Right Merchandise - Styles, brands, colours, sizes etc
Right Place - Which store, depending on their budget and location
Right Time - Having merchandise in stores at the right time in the season i.e. Ready for Christmas or 'Back to School'
Right Quantities - Enough for the stores to make their budgets but not have to markdown stock at the end of the season
The Right Price - Those that will attract customers in spite of competition yet generate a reasonable return on investment forth retailer i.e. Profit
To get the correct balance between the expectations of the customer and the objectives of the company's financial strategy.

Job Description: Lecturer (B.Com I.Com part I and II)
Delivered the lectures to B.Com I.Com part I and II of subjects with accuracy
Evaluating lectures to determine compliance with Standards.
Resolving Discrepancies in the case to get the maximum results per month.
Discover and handle concerns from students; maintaining high level of satisfaction of faculty and students.
¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬Responsibilities as a Staff Secretary:
? To plan, schedule and implement class timings, examination dates and result finals
? Weekly analysis the of student reports, results, attendance records and feedbacks
? Monitoring and collecting updates regarding student?s Dress Code and Discipline in the premises of the campus
? Meeting with Class Representatives twice in a month to discuss and overview the matters facing by the student inside and outside the class
? Properly managed meetings and conversations with the visiting faculty members twice in a week, in an order to come-up with their pros and cons.
? Meeting with Higher Management at least once in a month subject to the issues regarding management, administration and student?s feedback
? Organizing inter-departmental quizzes, competitions and debates to enhance knowledge and skills of the students
? Organizing, Managing and Budgeting for non-curricular activities for the students
? Planning to develop interests in the courses offered for the both existing and new students.
