I started at Grootegeluk Training Centre in 1995 and qualify as a Millwright in 1999 at Grovos Training Centre in Lephalale. I started my career as a Millwright at Grootegeluk Coal Mine and was promoted to Planner and later that year to Snr Planner in 2002 in the Technical Support Section. In 2005 I was promoted as Safety Practitioner in the Plants and work at SHEQ till 2007 when I was moved back to the plant as Instrumentation Supervisor, also in the Technical Support Service section. I worked in that position till 2014 when I resigned to start my own business.
