Managing a portfolio of projects ranging from $10,000 - $1,000,000 including new build residential homes, property extensions and major renovations, all from initial planning through to completion
All projects successfully delivered on time and within budget
Financial accountability for all projects
Responsibilities include:
Conducting site surveys, setting out ground works and levels for new buildings
Quantity surveying and procurement of materials and labour
Preparing and submitting tenders
Liaising with clients, sub-contractors, local building inspectors, architects and engineers
Carrying out risk assessments and toolbox talks for building staff and sub-contractors
Project managing all construction work and time charts
Identifying and targeting marketing strategies to gain new business
Offering design and planning consultancy
Daily management of business requirements
Undertaking of all Carpentry and joinery based work
Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
