1. Liaise with contractor for all scope of work.
2. Conduct offshore site survey for feasibility, scope of work determination and logistics study.
3. Gather all requirements from discipline engineers/staff and offshore personnel for insertion to scope of work. Make sure all discipline involved in the scope of work are well informed.
4. Requests for budgetary quotes from contractors prior to official bidding for company budgetary allocation and review.
5. Accompany vendors/contractors to offshore site for their own site survey needed for identification and finalization of their proposal and scope of work.
6. Monitor and track all documentation for the project.
7. Make sure project is on schedule.
8. Facilitate/initiate third party inspection and certification if needed.
