- Provide exceptional customer service in terms of financial matter regarding the management of different client companies.
- Reconciles employee advance account statement on a monthly basis
- Gathers information and financial reports for all vendors and enters into advantage system.
- Generate productivity reports daily for reviewing and maintaining records such as invoices and investigate any discrepancies.
- Checks for manager approval before entering data into the system. Obtains approval on invoices and other accounting documents or records if not previously done
- Maintains and compile confidentiality of financial data and related records
- Handles Accounts Receivables and Payables
- Maintains accuracy in work performed
- Communication with our respective colleague and clients
