I was Responsible to assist them by cutting out few requisition from their list.

Tracing of Claimant. Contacting Claimants and Requesting Necessary Documents and Obtaining Statements from Insured Driver and Witnesses. Circulating received documents, Statements to project team. Follow up with individual Claimants regarding their claim.
Daily Admin filing, sorting incoming email and faxes. Managing on daily basis and ensuring all files are kept up to date and in order.
Assisting in Call Center.
