As the Sales Support Coordinator, I was tasked with developing and maintaining the lead qualification process for internal sales members. I was responsible for the generation and management of leads from the initial stage to the qualifying end. I answered all inbound telephone and internet inquiries and distributed them amongst respective team members. I interfaced with all sales team members, other departmental resources, customers and resellers as needed to insure timely and accurate coordination of sales order requirements, tasks. In this role I facilitated the exchange of information, reports and messages to confirm that customer and sales staff needs were met in timely manner. Also, responsible for resolving issues and handle customer complaints with assertiveness, as well as, research and analyze sales data and information as required by team members. Additionally, I tracked orders through production and communicated any problems and changes to sales staff /or customers. Alongside sales related endeavors, I (Sales Coordinator) assisted with tradeshows, and marketing communication efforts as needed.
