? Planning container vessel?s ? Maximizing cargo intake ? Monitoring vessel schedule in order to maintain schedule integrity ? Follow up on vessel berthing schedule and minimize delays in port. ? Keeping vessel on economical speed at all times in order to reduce bunker consumption ? Monitoring bunker operation & coordinate with bunker surveyor. ? Monitor crew change. ? Coordinating with cargo flow department with regards to cargo selection for maximum utilization on vessel capacity. ? Coordinating with vessel Captain and chief Officer to ensure vessel stowage conditions within stability limits , DG cargo stowage complying with Document of compliance ? DG segregation ? Approving special cargo OOG , UDAB , OT and FR ? Vessel to be loaded up to full capacity at all times. ? Working closely with line management to ensure service profitability ? Working closely with cargo flow management, commercial team ensuring average weight per teu is maintained and cargo selection for full utilization of vessel capacity. ? Voyage report analysis for each vessel with regards to bunker consumption , restows , loading performance , vessel maintaining economical speed at all times and filling capacity. ? Coordinating with terminals to ensure vessel will be provided with maximum resources during port stay with regards to crane allotment, equipments and man power in order to have fast turnaround in port. ? Maintaining stats for all terminals with regards to berthing delays, productivity, operation time and berth time. ? Follow up with terminal upgrades with regards to new crane deployment, increase in yard capacity, overall through put for the terminal, window availability, new services, berth extension, berth displacement and terminal overall window occupancy. ? Working closely with line management , commercial team , cargo flow team for volumes , slot cost , service requirements , vessel capacity , cargo commodity , average weight per teu and port rotation.
