?Acting in high level management discussions with the head office in Holland, as well as Government of Kenya.
?Setting up, developing and executing account plans containing objectives of the growers with existing services.
? Acting as a liaison officer between growers, local FloraHolland office and different service auctions.
?Setting up and executing account acquisition plans to attract new but also existing growers.
?Following up the developments within the sector and act accordingly.
?Initiating new developments to fulfill needs of growers.
?Maintaining a network in the floricultural and logistics industry in general.
Key Achievements:
?Achieved a target of 327m Euros turnover with FloraHolland for 2013.
?Managed to maintain a strong business network with colleagues in The Netherlands and within Kenya.
?Organized FloraHollands? presence at the IFTEX show each and handed out awards at the Netherlands embassy.
