As a Project Services intern, Kadin aided the implementation of the project management systems and controls that were required to support the effective execution of the Prelude project (South Korea). Kadin also had the opportunity to support the development and maintenance of Offshore/Onshore integrated schedules. As a project services intern he was able to analyze budget, and understand milestone progress, which then was generated and distributed towards management, and the executive board.
