I was recognized for improving Improved productivity and efficiency of the machines through innovative methods for this I am getting 1st prize for the last three years and our unit running with lowest cost compared to the other units of Sintex. I was in charge of large scale manufacturing activities involving 20 machines producing more than 3600 M.T per annum water tanks of various sizes catering to domestic market. I set up standards while meeting targets and continuously striving to improve the productivity and quality. I complied with the B.I.S standards and the products were well accepted by Defence, Navy, UNICEF and State Government bodies through DGS&D.
