Customer retention and re-instatements Exceptional listening skills were essential in this line of work to effectively listen to customers and colleagues in order to understand the varied disputes and queries to ultimately reach fair amicable solutions. Resolving the query wahe s texpected output of the job, but I chose to take it a step further by examining the root cause of the various queries and propose solutions to eliminate common queries. This goes a long way to ensuring the same sort of complaints/queries is lessened if not eliminated. I am very methodical and believe being organized is the basis of being successful at any job and stand firmly behind the need for filing systems and their structure. It was my strong worth ethic and excellent communication skills that landed me the unprecedented opportunity of being selected to train Tracker?s collecting attorneys on Tracker products and procedures and the best ways to handle and collect on Tracker accounts that have been handed over for external collection.Due to my success I was then tasked to offer a similar and slightly more in-depth training (compiled my own training manuels and aids)to the Tracker service callcentre agents which was highly succesful.
