In my present role, I assist the property management team with all their administrative needs and I am therefore very familiar with what property management entails. My duties include writing notices for landlords and tenants, addressing client enquiries and issues with proper documentation, assisting with the composition and filing of lease agreements and other documents, creating and distributing agency marketing material, and various other general administrative duties.
In 2014, I was responsible for updating and reorganizing the agency?s customer contact log. I did this off my own initiative, and it greatly bolstered the efficiency of office operations by enabling a more streamlined approach to maintaining both property and client information
