I've been a isiZulu & English Journalist for five years. I've covered all aspects of news from Hard, Business to Sports and Entertainment. In a community newspaper, I've been exposed to all areas of running & compilation of a newspaper weekly. I have experience in Page Layout,Photography, Feature writing & photography. I have sound understanding of MS office & Adobe Photoshop. In a small team newspaper I've also been exposed to editing, as I have worked as assistant editor for both a isiZulu & English Weekly 16 pager. I've worked on a sold newspaper & therefore have an understanding of sales, distribution & trends to follow to improve sales & distribution. I won the Caxton Most Promising Newspaper Journalist of the Year in 2007. I've worked closely woth municipalities, schools and business on Newsletter projects, whereby I oversee the layout & design of the Newsletter, Master head design as well as content editing. I also have Five years experience as a news and feature phothographer. I have also worked on a personal level as a videographer for events and weddings, where I have gain some experience in video editing on Power Editor. I also have experience in working with Photoshop and Frame Editor (Layout) , Ms Word, Excel, Social Media freindly.
