? Develop and maintain Project Manual and guidelines, Facility and property management manual, fit-out manuals for retail, apartments and offices within the company properties.
? Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs/schedules for all equipment?s and systems considering the useful lifespan of equipment?s and replacement timeline.

? Review and approve the final design for the water carrier for the year 2020 population and flow requirements accommodating all existing and future proposed flows estimated at 630 million Cubic Meters
? Construction of Ductile Iron pipe size range from 450 to 1200 mm diameters approximately 40,000 meters long.
? Construction of 14 storage reservoirs including all civil/structural works and electromechanical systems
? Construction of 4 booster pump station including all civil, electromechanical equipment?s and standby power generators
? Construction of several landscaping / recreation parks along the pipeline for surrounding neighboring communities
? Participate in public awareness programs in all concerned communities explaining the importance of the project
? Coordinate with the concerned public authorities in regard to obtain work permits and other issues such as the land acquisition for the project designated and proposed sites
Responsible for the overall management and administration of the Consultants site operations with respect to supervision, coordination, testing and commissioning, with particular emphasis on meeting the requirements with respect to quality, Cost and timely completion, manage the overall project ensuring the interface between the three construction packages is coordinated effectively and smoothly and acts as the point of contact and link with the Palestinian Water Authorities "The Client" and other authorities. Involve in the preparation of the preliminary design for the upgrading and expansion of Gaza wastewater treatment plant from 32,000 cubic meters to 75,000 cubic meters to accommodate the population increase in both the Gaza city and the middle area up to year 2010. The expansion of the treated wastewater infiltration basins, the preliminary design of the monitoring, recovery wells and the irrigation system for 3,000,000 m2
? Participate in the planning for the transfer of Stormwater from Sheik Radwan Reservoir to the Beit Lahia infiltration area and the Expansion of Waqf reservoir in order to recharge it to the Aquifer.
? Participate in the preparation of the Desalination Master plan for the Gaza Strip to produce 54.5 mcm/yr of seawater desalination to overcome the shortage of drinking water in the Gaza strip.
? Design, managed the Civil/Mechanical installation of both Ministry of Health and Agriculture Laboratories
? Supervised the rehabilitation works due to the Stormwater damages for Gaza city wastewater pump station 5 & 7B
? Participate in the development, preliminary design, and cost estimating of the Gaza Regional Water carrier (GRWC), which is considered the main bone for the start of the Coastal Management Water Utility Company (CMWU), which will be the sole utility responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Gaza entire water supply, distribution, treatment, and recovery network.

Assist in the design and supervision of the complete civil, mechanical and electrical Rehabilitation of 49 municipal wells thought out the Gaza Strip, the installation of nearly 650 agricultural meters diameters ranges from 2? to 6? to monitor the water production in the Gaza Governorate, the construction of 4 production of Municipal well, the installation of 20 new 6? monitoring wells and the rehabilitation of 28 existing Piezometers.
Participate in designing, cost estimating, scheduling and the construction management of the main components for the USAID funded Gaza Wastewater and Stormwater Project ?GWWP?, such as main sewer collection pipelines, Stormwater flood control retention / detention and infiltration areas, the redesign of the landscaping for ?The Palestinian American Friendship Park? and wastewater pump stations 5 & 7B and related 10km pressure mains. Involved and assisted in the project construction phase, and performed several tasks from reviewing and approval of contractors shop drawings, construction materials, and equipment. Participated in the review of the contractor?s construction time schedule to make sure that the implementation of the construction activities are within the contract completion time. Provide specific details regarding job duties and help in the monthly and quarterly report preparation. Other duties included review and approve contractor?s payment vouchers. Participate in the evaluation of contractor's change order requests and claims and issuing work orders and approve design changes when required by site conditions.
Participated in the development of the Gaza City Master Plan for the Wastewater and Stormwater for the year 2025, part of Gaza Wastewater Project (GWWP) a USAID funded project; the development of the master plan involves intensive review of the existing available documents and as built drawings, collecting and compiling data from various municipalities and governmental authorities, also wide knowledge of the existing conditions and utilities in order to foresee the best alternative and solution for the region. Participate in the preliminary design, prepare cost estimate and related time schedule for the main component of the Master Plan mainly the wastewater gravity pipelines, the pressure mains for the wastewater pump stations and Stormwater flood control facilities.
