1. Managed to assist on creating 2 new recipe for the restaurant, and 1 recipe is still on development.
2. Managed to make agreement on new POS system between the company and other party (the provider) .

List of tasks are :
· Manage and create inventory of logistic needed for operation in counter and bazaar.
· Coordinate food vendors in bazaars.
· Produce and serve product to the customer.
· Provide service for the customer.
Achievement :
The first staff who managed to sell drinks worth of Rp 2 million in one day of bazaar.

· Classify product's raw material base of the quality.
· Ensure the standard of produced product from postharvest process of coffee.
Here i also conduct my own research as approved by my supervisor, about the connection/relationshiip between coffee quality with the type of coffee (Arabica and Robusta).
