Job Descriptions:
? Monitoring Safety compliance of contractors at all sites.
? Compliance OSH Standards.
? Direct implement our Client Safety Programs.
? Give Correction Action and Rectification for any identified hazards.
? Assist in conducting incident/accident investigation reports.
? Conduct daily inspection on sites to ensure the safe work place including initial gas testing to monitor the condition of atmosphere at the plenum area.
? Conduct workplace tool box discussions regarding various safety topics and reminders, health and welfare and damage control.
? Issue and approve work permits according to the work progress.
? Conduct New Contractor Orientation ( NCO ) training and awareness sessions to ensure familiarity of plant staff and contractors with relevant regulatory obligations, particularly those aspects related to EHS standards, and establish mechanisms to monitor compliance.
? Conduct Plenum Orientation Training and awareness session to ensure familiarity on plenum works and awareness to all installed chemicals, gas line and electrical lines that have on plenum area.
? Prepares Good Catch / Near miss report.
? Advise supervision on all pertinent safety matters.
? Issue and approve work permits according to the work progress.
