Job Experience

Chef/Manager

Vintage Guest House

April 2015 to May 2015

The guesthouse was a corporate. Guests were served in person by the chef. The planning and preparations were done by the chef. All the staff such as the domestics and the garden worker was accountable to me as manager. I managed very well all round. Within two weeks after starting the employers were very satisfied. I also catered for functions over weekends such as weddings and corporate parties.I have excellent experience in different spheres in the food industry. It's a passion.
