? Assist President Director and Director in Indonesia for regular reports (ie Board of Directors report, Bank Indonesia reports, Manpower report, and other regulator reports)
? Assist Senior Director for Sales Support and Operation in Singapore for cash expense management
? Ensuring the office premises are effectively maintained, presenting an appropriate image to visitors at all times and running in fast paced office environment including setting up and managing office fixed line and internet connection, as well as to support IT Department in establishing local server
? Planning and organizing direct meetings and conference calls, including arranging accommodations and other logistics in Indonesia and Singapore
? Taking meeting minutes and conduct follow up of meeting results in order to maintain informative further meeting agendas
? Keeping track on business cost center and conduct monthly review of business team expense
? Liaise with Regional Head of Legal for legal administration papers which is needed by the Government such as LKPM report, BPJS, Financial Statement report to Minister of Trade, etc
? Supporting HR program in Indonesia related with managing all employees? annual leave, employees? benefits (ie insurance, social security, parking, cell phone) and employee?s boarding-exit process
