To check wafer if have any Interquartile Range(IQR), Low Yield Trigger (LYT) and High Yield Trigger(HYT) issues. If the wafers contain any of those issues after probing need to send re-probing those affected wafers, create product file at prober machines, update those wafers status in systems, and check probed wafers faced any enhanced screening issue, if have means need to report to engineer to take further action.
