I used to worked here as Practical Student. There were the list of tasks that has been given:
? Prepare and distribute memos to all Bahagian/Unit
? Prepare insurance letter/memo
? Prepare and distribute minutes of meeting to the staffs
? Setting up hall before any meetings/programs
- staff attendance
? Prepare the paperwork
? Perform any other duties as Personal Assistant (Temporary)
? Provide the meeting books
? Prepare the budget for Hari Inovasi PKNP
? Updating data such as sick leave of PKNP staffs, documents or memos of any Bahagian/Unit
? Updating ?Pekeliling PKNP?
? Updating Workload Assestment (Personal Assistant Duty)
? Update with ?incoming? and ?outgoing? mails
? Consult with PKNP staffs and etc.

Responsibility:
? Manage customers purchase
? Arrange and update the clothes
? Manage and counting stocks
? Cleaning
? Design the fabric pattern (silk)
? Design the jewel pattern according to customers demand
? Take part in Gallery Booth (sometimes)
? Distribute the brochures
