Responsibilities:
1. Development of a two-year work plan and milestones according of the agreed contract with donor.
2. Assessment of human resource capacity and need of project staff
3. Recruitment and training of new and existing staff of the project
4. Managing budget and expenses of the project; tracking of all financial decisions and project management
5. Review of project procurement items
6. Preparing operation and logistical plans for meetings with stakeholders
7. Preparing agendas for all meetings and meeting minutes.
8. Ensuring document translation accuracy, English and Dari for all project outputs.
9. Ensuring project outputs meet the project objective and requirement as listed in the contract and milestones;
10. Ensuring submission of timely reports to donor
11. Keep relationships with stakeholder and continue cooperation including follow-up and updates with them.
12. Conducting desk and field research on sexual harassment, Women?s participation and women role in peace-building process.
