I was a support personnel usually posted to client sites to troubleshoot software issues raised. Some of my responsibilities were to document and resolve software errors with software code templates, database management to ensure data optimisation, and developing customised report (using java and JSP) which was integrated into the software. As a support personnel, I was also in charge of creating training manuals and technical documentation template for client software requirement for the software developers
