? Responsible for managing the team members, merchandising and housekeeping of the department assigned with aim of achieving sales target and GP as well as managing shrinkage.
? Handling cashier safe keeping and banking of sales on the day of duty.
? Key in all purchase orders, and do invoice report for approved payment.
? Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies, check and received all raw, chilled, and dry goods deliveries with the correct temperatures as per SOP. Overseeing premises? maintenance, cleanliness and security.
? Ensuring standards of hygiene are maintained and that the supermarket is complying with relevant health and safety regulations.
? Ensuring high standards of customer service are observed at all times; handling customer complaints and queries.
? Implementing, and instilling in their teams, companies policies, procedures, ethics, etc.
? Devising and marketing promotional campaigns.
? Reporting to and attending regular meetings with specialist or HQ representatives.
