Service Supervisor is responsible for commissioning and installation services, in cooperation with the Regional Service Manager he leads the workshop. Take care of the in-house and on-site service jobs. The core business is to assist the Regional Service Manager in promoting & selling service to our customers. My target is to achieve service sales & gross margin targets together with the Regional Service Manager. Handling service activities and repairs with challenging contents (all kind of special valves, all kind of actuators, different kind of controls with positioners and ancillary instrumentation), includes optimization of work-time and productivity, specialist work (after proper training) Tubing of pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic actuators incl. Accessories Assembling of valves, actuators and positioners/accessories to a field device incl. adjustment and calibration Execution and documentation of forced quality tests (e.g. pressure test, torque test, leakage test), providing of deficiency reports, repair- and service reports.Participation of customer inspections (new business), showing. component functionality of the field device Conduct auditing (security, criticality, installed base). Installation supervision and general supervisory work at start-up and commissioning. Performance of service jobs in the home country and in foreign countries. Performance of trainings at end-users side or in the service centre. Implementation of intelligent solutions (Smart Products) in existing and new process/production units and integration is the existing process control system. Verification of specifications in relation to need specifications (e.g. ATEX), learn and understand SIL calculations and ESD applications. Initialization of required documentation for repair/modernization jobs, coordination of necessary actions in cooperation with construction department and/or order handling department
