Handling customer service requests (commission and decommission of sites, upgrade and
downgrade of service plans, deactivation and reactivation of sites, generate volume usage
and protocol usage reports) using Allot bandwidth manager.
? Remote support during troubleshooting to find root cause of problems in the indoor units
using the NMS.
? Assist in monitoring of the network ( in cacti platform)
? Posting of commissioned sites in the billing platform for the finance team to action on.
