? Making annual planning in sub division which includes the work program, the financial budget, human resources, and facilities that are used as guidelines in conducting activities in the coming year to achieve the set targets.
? Manage, operate, and monitor overall IT services for the users of the service level SLA targets in relation to IT processes and procedures, compliance, and risk management.
? Reviewing, identify, provide input, and approve requirements related to IT systems and services in project meetings with the project team of business.
? Develop and recommend new developments in the field of IT and schedule for implementation needed to support business growth.
? Coordinate services contingency / disaster in accordance with specified procedures and approval.
? Create and periodically review the operating procedures improve service delivery units to suit the technology policy as well as changes in the system and applications as well as referring to the information technology framework such as ITIL, COBIT, or SOX.
? Provide internal consulting and IT on other units and other business areas in IT services related to the problems that arise in order to resolve the issue.
? Fostering good relations with the external (vendors), which is associated with the activity of IT Service Delivery to support the activities undertaken in the sub division.
? Monitor the implementation of activities related to IT Service Delivery, to evaluate the performance that has been achieved and to plan corrective or preventive action to things that deviate from predetermined plan.
