Job Summary
GOAL: Accountable to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the performance and activities for the new business.
MAIN FUNCTIONS & DELIVERABLES:

Business acquisition, development and implementation of both a short- and long-term business, perform market study and analysis. Identify new and profitable business that will be added to company portfolio
a. Prepares a detailed business plan and establishes clear project goals and objectives to complete end to end business development process.
b. Prepares, seeks approval for and manages the development cost budget.
c. Obtains mid and senior level management approval of the project and documents the same.
d. Identifies the project's risk and formulates mitigation strategies and detailed action plans.
e. Manages the safekeeping of all technical/financial/legal documents about the project.
f. Performs other functions and acts as a corporate resource as the business requires.
Operations
1. Studies and develops operational systems (Commercial leasing, Parking and 7-eleven franchise)
2. Coordinate concerns to other departments (HR, Accounting, and Finance) 3. Analyze performance of each business
Accounting
1. Asses, analyze and report the financial transactions and status of the business 2. Determine financial conditions and set tangible measure of performance and earnings 3. Implement Strict Inventory and Cash controls
Permits and Licenses:
Manage and Monitor Permits and Licenses in the processing of applications for:
a. Building Permits
b. HLURB application
c. Bureau of Lands
d. Board of Investments
e. ECC
f. Register of Deeds
Specific Job Functions
a. Develop business proposals for new and existing business.
b. Draft, review and negotiate contracts with partners and manage business set up and operation and administration.
c. Prepare the annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
d. Management of contractors, bids, costing and monitoring of accomplishments.
e. Process all documentation and licenses are obtained and processed.
f. Prepare reports and presentation to management
g. Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
h. Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
