? Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
? Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. Prepare BOM/BOQ and Work Methodology.
? Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; preparing cost estimates.
? Supervise and check all assigned project electrical installation drawings for compliance with all company and project instruction (Single-line Diagrams, load schedules, electrical equipment location drawings, plan drawings details, schematics, wiring diagram, etc.) of technical vendor submittals for installation requirements.
? Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Preparing progress billing, product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations. Submit as-built drawings.
? Performs basic testing equipment for safety and surety of electrical works using voltage, current, continuity, high potential (hipot) and insulation resistance tester.
? Performs overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
? Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements.
? Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules and regulations.

? Provide assistance to supervisor in handling big projects for its timely completion and proper cost control.
? Handle projects under sub-contractors or handle directly small projects. Prepare work schedules and take charge on matters concerning material requisitions, delivery schedules and project tools and equipment compliment.
? Coordinate with the owner?s representative of any problems at the jobsite in connection with the installation work until the completion of the project.
? Assist the department in the collection efforts and will perform other installation-related tasks that may be assigned by project superior from time to time.
