Ensure that the drawings are in current revision and approved for construction by authorized inspector or by client authorized representatives. ? Ensure that the inspection activities are in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and follows the quality management system (ISO-9001) being implemented by the company. ? Conduct inspection of piping materials & equipment upon arrival, verify the name tag or stencil on the materials conforming to certificate provided by the manufacturer and existing codes and standards. Review Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Report, Equipment Manual and Proper Storage Preservation of materials. ? Installation inspection of Rotating & Static equipment such as Gas Turbine Generator,Steam Turbine, Air Fin Coolers, Vertical & Horizontal Vessel, Gantry Crane, Turbo Air compressor & Motor, Refrigeration Dryer, After Cooler, Separator, Filter and Cooling Skid. ? Piping fabrication inspection, Line Checking, Pressure Testing (Hydro Test / Pneumatic Test) and Commissioning. ? Coordinate Request for Inspection (RFI) including attached documents if necessary and submit to the client for approval of Authorized Representative. ? Conduct over all inspection of structures ensuring these are completed including its internal and external attachments and make sure that it is within the approved tolerance, approved by the contractor/client as well as existing standard codes for Final Closing Authorization. ? Raise Non- Conformance Report (NCR) for all jobs inspected which does not follow industry standards (ASME, ASTM, API and PIP) and monitors its recommended actions until its closure. ? Conduct visual inspection of welding joint in the absence of welding inspector. ? Coordinate the preparation activities during Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Radiographic Testing (RT), Penentrant Test (PT), Magnetic Test (MT).. ? Prepares all the applicable quality documentation involved in the process (Mechanical & Piping) thru computer generated forms.

? Monitoring site conditions prior to start of construction activities. Verifying the compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works. Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition of existing property that might be damaged by the work. Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected. ? Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings. ? Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies. ? Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals. ? Preparing daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc. Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual. ? Observing site safety practices and the progress of the work. Reporting any concerns. ? Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works. ? Perform all other duties given by direct manager
