? Find the list of suppliers for products provided by client by researching on websites like www.alibaba.com, www.indiamart.com or any other website which gives details about the suppliers for that product or service.
? Send them Request for Quotations (RFQs) via e-mail. Find which supplier has given us the lowest price.
? Ascertain the quality certifications that the suppliers have. Usually we will shortlist suppliers who have good quality certifications and who also gives us lowest price.
