? ? Providing Leadership & Technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing Systems/Procedures that are cost effective and meet or exceeds business requirements.
? Point of contact for re-engineering the overall process via automation thereby facilitating increased efficiency & efficacy in the Process.
? Facilitate improvement avenues identification & driving cost improvement opportunities, devising & effectuating internal-external control procedures.
? Assist in identifying the developmental needs of the team & encourage taking suitable training programs to enhance capabilities and skill enhancements.
? Lead and facilitate the development of teams and individuals in the department with particular focus on direct reports.
? ISMS Internal Auditor, being an auditor has helped us to assess, implement controls with automations
