Atencion a juntas con clientes, seguimiento a 5S's, 8D's.
Seguimiento a evaluaciones de Clientes y proveedores.
Trabajaron con transportistas para la mejora continua.
Recabar informacion de operadores de las lineas transportitas.
Auditorias OEA de lineas Transportistas en Mexico.
