?Collection of inputs for yearly rewards and recognition with respect to each business unit and facilitating for its distribution
?Onboarding and joining formalities of new joiners, HR manual discussion and their floor visits to introduce them
to the various policy, processes and work culture.
?Conducting monthly group induction program for all new joiners in coordination with all internal corporate
support and product teams
?Back ground verification processing for new employees
TALENT ACQUISITION
?Independently handling end-to-end recruitment process.
?Dealing with various industry verticals like IT, Telecom, Finance etc.
?Engaged in interviewing the candidates, Salary negotiations, Pre-employment reference Checks etc.Organizing weekend drives
?Handling requirements of different LOBs (Line of Businesses).
?Understanding the department?s requirements and sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals and internal database.
?Identifying and scrutinizing the resumes to meet the requirements
?Doing the initial telephonic screening of the candidates.
?Scheduling interviews by coordinating with the interview panel
?Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates
?Salary negotiation & following up with the candidate after the offer is made till they come on board.
