I was responsible for the day to the running of the plant and the planned and unplanned maintenance.it was also my duty to co-ordinate and complete all breakdowns.My duty was also to order all spares and other parts needed for the running or the plant and to build up a database of spares and also companies that could cut down my turnaround time on orders

Firstly worked on the NPC Expansion project to double the the TPD.Installed a new Kiln and also worked on the Bucket ElevatorsMy team handled the commissioning of the plant.From there i was sent to Mozambique to work on the Xinevane Sugar Mill Expansion Project.where also handled the installation of new equipment and upgraded some of the existing machinery
