? Ensure that the donor and Afghanistan Law on public procurement, as described in the official Gazette and Loan/Grant/Credit Agreement of the donors ( World Bank ), are fully complied with at all stages for procurement of goods, works and services under the project.
? Assist in procurement of works, Goods and Services.
? Able to prepare Bidding document independently or with less guidance from the procurement specialist.
? Attend meetings related to procurement of DBAS and prepare minutes of the meetings.
? Participate in bid opening sessions, prepare and record minutes of the sessions.
? Assist in preparing reports
? Regularly update and keep the record of all proposals and incoming and outgoing procurement correspondence.
? Assist in preparation of RFQ and follow up all shopping procedure.
