Career Goals

For the length of my twenty-four year legal career I have looked at how problems can be best resolved and agreements reached. My passion for litigation strategy has taken me to numerous legal areas from Commercial and Corporate Law to Family and Matrimonial Law and I have always kept the same objectives in mind throughout my time in private practice. I?ve a 360 degree perspective on various strands of business and corporate matters ? with experience as a pro-forma prosecutor on the behalf of employers in employment tribunals as well as chairing disciplinary proceedings as well as an extensive experience of litigation in various contractual and commercial matters. I?ve led proceedings to recover monies owed to landlords, builders and suppliers while also pursuing action on behalf of debtors against banks. I?ve negotiated into and out of leases on behalf of both lessors and lessees and have an expert eye when it comes to vetting and drafting contractual agreements of numerous kinds. I am now looking for an opportunity to put my impressive expertise at the disposal of another organisation, adding value to their operations and giving me the chance to develop my own skills and experience further. While I enjoy the frenetic pace of private practice, I believe my perspectives, strategic skills and sizeable experience would be well employed in realising long term macro objectives in a corporate environment.
