Running of the whole galvanising plant from planning production,quality check s, handling customer queries, timesheets, housekeeping, labour relations, despatch of products, transport, working with the union and solving workers problems, team building, meeting targets set by senior management, I work very closely with my people on the floor, hands on,budgeting for brakedowns and maintenance, ordering of new stock, health and safety, time keeping
