In my current HR Generalist job, my duties included conducting recruitment and retention of staff, assisting in payroll issues and consolidating staff training needs among others. My key achievements include the ability to highlight and address performance issues, developing and implementing HR manual as well as ensuring that the department goals and objectives of the HR and general organization were compiled to. Further, I am an adaptive and flexible person as who has the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to deliver good results.
