. To make sure the successful completion of PM/CM schedule each month.
? Preventive maintenance (PM) of Mobilink cell sites.
? Corrective maintenance (CM) of Mobilink cell sites.
? Float Visit/Audit on weekly basis.
? Communication b/w OSV to Operator.
? Managing Teams for Trouble Tickets.
? Maintaining inventory reports for HQ reporting.
? Coordination with teams for restoring sites within MTTR.
? Worked on power issues related to Mechanical and Electrical i.e. Maintenance and Installation of Gensets, ATS Panels, Rectifier Installation and for the Rectification of different types of alarms.
? Experience about gensets and all types of power issues related with all alarms received from OMCR and clear alarms within limited time.
BSS &Transmission Engineer:
? Installation& commissioning of Microwave Equipments (PDH, SDH, Diversity) for Mobilink.
? Performed configuration and testing of PASOLINK transmission equipment using hyper terminal, LCT software.
? Troubleshooting of all kind of SDH and PDH Transmission Equipment
? Install and replace all type of BTS and MW equipments.
? Install the Space Diversity and Frequency Diversity Microwave links and checking the complete path till BSC.
? Perform the Survey of Cell Sites.
? Loop back testing on the BSC Transmission & cell sites.
? Resolving technical issue at site, and to maintain the hardware installation quality standards.

Power Systems
? Strong grip to rectify the Rectifier alarms like Major, Minor, Low Voltage, High Temperature, Temperature Coefficients etc.
? Hands on experience on all type of rectifiers like Delta, Emerson, Power Cube Hybrid solution.
? Complete configuration & setting of Delta 1200, 2000 & 2400 rectifiers..
? Complete configuration for Power Cube System.
? Complete Voltage and ampere setting of all type of rectifier installed on MOBILINK cell sites.
? Repairing of Rectifier Modules of type Delta 1200 & Delta 2000.
? Diesel Generator Repairing and Maintenance and also supervise the Overhauling Project.
? Knowledge of different kind of Generator made by Perkins.
? Huawei Power cube necessary troubleshooting and configuration setting.
? Huawei:
? Complete troubleshooting of BTS3900, BTS3900A, DBS3900.
? Alarm patching of BTS3900 internally & externally.
? Well familiar with the functionality of GTMU, UPEU & UPIU cards in BTS 3900 BTS cabinet.
? Troubleshooting of available alarms which effect the communication between site & subscribers.
? Hands on experience on Huawei BTS software to verify the site alarms status.
? Complete verification and troubleshooting of VSWR alarms on RRU.
? RF Antenna Testing:
? Hands on experience of RF antenna testing by using Anritsu Site Master.
? To check VSWR including the cable losses & Return Losses after performing the Open, Short & Load teststotroubleshoot the exact fault in antenna.
? Microwave & TXN:
? Connector making of all the types like ODU & IDU link connectors of Straight & L-Type.
? M/W links (SDH, PDH,PASOLINK).
? Familiar with all type of Link alarms in Huawei equipment like the critical are Low BER, High BER, DEM, Threshold, Channel Loss etc.
? Hand on experience on all sorts of E1 Testing processes.
? Working on Huawei RTN905, RTN910, 950 and RTN980 installation, configuration and trouble shoting.
